Glimdock’s website is operated by Georgi Kostadinov. Contact support@glimdock.com with privacy questions. Local device monitoring is separate: your homelab readings stay on your network and are not sent to this website.

What the website uses

Essential functions serve these pages, remember your cookie choices in this browser and protect checkout. Hosting providers may process basic request and security logs, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the site.

When checkout is available, Stripe hosts the payment form and processes payment, contact and delivery information needed to complete your order. Glimdock receives order details needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and consumer rights. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Optional analytics and advertising

Analytics help us understand visits and improve the website. Advertising measurement helps us understand campaigns and, where enabled, personalize ads. These are separate choices. Neither is required to browse or buy. Optional tracking does not load before you opt in.

If Google Analytics is enabled after your consent, it can process page visits, browser/device information and a pseudonymous browser identifier. Google may process data outside the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards. We do not send order addresses, emails or homelab readings to analytics. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Change your mind at any time

Your choice is stored locally with a timestamp and policy version for up to six months. A material tracking change asks for a new choice. Rejecting optional tracking keeps the shop usable. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking from this site; it does not undo processing that has already happened.

Contact, retention and your rights

Support correspondence is used to handle your request. Order information is retained for fulfillment and the periods required for accounting and consumer obligations. You can request access, correction or erasure, object to relevant processing, or withdraw consent by contacting support. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
