Who you’re buying from

Seller: Georgi Kostadinov, Bulgaria. Customer support: support@glimdock.com. Seller is an individual and is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged. The postal and returns address will appear here before payment is enabled.

Your Glimdock

The assembled first-batch monitor costs €99 per unit. It includes an ESP32-S3 touch display, purple printed enclosure, white stand, USB-C cable and access to the open-source software and setup guide. USB power adapter and battery are not included. Prototype renders show the design; minor print and finish differences are possible.

You need 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, a USB power source, and a Linux or Proxmox host for the collector. Klipper integration requires Moonraker. Guest memory, GPU and NAS readings depend on the available probes and hardware. This is a monitoring device; it does not control VMs or print jobs.

Price, shipping and payment

The product costs €99 per unit. Shipping costs €5 per order to Bulgaria and €15 per order to other EU countries shown in checkout. No VAT is charged by the seller. Checkout shows the full amount before you pay; unsupported destinations cannot be ordered.

Stripe hosts the secure payment step. An order is placed only when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued. A cancelled checkout does not place an order.

Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks from payment

This is the current delivery estimate, not a guaranteed date. Preorders fund a future production batch. If the estimate changes, we will contact you by email with an updated schedule and your options. You may request cancellation before dispatch for a refund.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Contact support with your order reference to cancel before dispatch. For standard consumer purchases online in the EU, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Your statutory rights are not removed because this is a preorder.

Use Withdraw from contract or email support to give a clear notice of withdrawal. Returns instructions and the seller’s postal address will be provided before checkout opens. Unless the product is faulty or we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning it. We will refund according to applicable consumer law, including standard outbound delivery costs where required.

Faults, guarantees and support

EU consumer rights, including the applicable legal guarantee for faulty goods, remain in force. Contact support about defects, delivery problems or setup issues. Keep your order confirmation so we can identify your purchase. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
